Job summary

The role plans short- and long-term activity, develops production schedules, and ensures efficiency and quality while adhering to policies, inventory controls, and safety standards. A bachelor’s degree and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
• Production Management Trainee - Step 1 program completion and management recommendation are required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/spreadsheets is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans activity for the short-term and long-term.
• Develops department production schedule.
• Supervises a group of employees and motivates for maximum productivity.
• Ensures operations meet or exceed efficiency and quality standards.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves problems and improvement initiatives.
• Evaluates performance, coaches, counsels employees, and initiates corrective actions.
