Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or at least 2 years of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Control flow of the production process and ensure all the work is assigned and actively produced.
• Delegate tasks and oversee the performance of the crew leads.
• Monitor the efficiency metrics and take action when standard is not met.
• Train, coach, mentor, and communicate with the crew leads.
• Responsible for quality control.
