84 Lumber Company is seeking a Production Manager in Training to learn all facets of manufacturing operations in a plant producing roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels. The program spans 9–12 months with mentorship from the Plant Manager and includes on-the-job and classroom training, leadership coursework, and Lean Green Belt initiation.

Travel to other facilities nationwide may be required, with company assistance. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 3:30 pm.
