Job summary

Capital One seeks a Business Analysis Manager in the EP Strategy & Analytics group, based in McLean, VA. You will lead strategic initiatives, mentor analysts, and partner with IT, Sales, Finance and Operations to drive growth and better decision making.

You will build data-driven models, shape pricing and product strategies, and influence cross-functional teams to improve risk, performance and customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or Master's/MBA with quantitative concentration, to be obtained by start date.
