Responsibilities

• Support the management of day-to-day decisions of the assigned department/shift regarding performance, process and leadership.
• Learn and understand the process of each department/shift, connect how departments interact, and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage in leadership discussions and apply WebstaurantStore leadership principles to daily work.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for assigned departments; assist with corrective actions and progressive discipline.
• Interact with employees regularly to promote engagement and safety compliance.
