Job Title: Emerging Markets Sales Specialist, Foreign Exchange, and Rates

Overview

The Sales Specialist works with the Lead Salesperson to meet sales and revenue targets. As the FX and Rates Sales Specialist, you will generate client and market knowledge, cultivate client relationships, and develop an understanding of client needs, product details, and Bank capabilities to ensure client satisfaction. You will operate in accordance with legal, regulatory, and Bank policies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow GEM fixed income and currencies advisory strategies from New York
  • Build franchise and lead marketing efforts across cross-border solutions for FX, rates, financing, and yield enhancement
  • Drive workflow automation in GEM markets including payments, liquidity, and risk management
  • Manage GEM MNC franchise growth, set objectives, and develop Asia and LatAm MNC partnerships
  • Understand client needs deeply, leveraging product knowledge and operational expertise to deliver tailored solutions
  • Partner with teams to evaluate and improve operating models and establish review processes
Leadership Expectations
  • Identify client targets and collaborate with US and non-US teams
  • Focus on flow and structured products across asset classes
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new ones to generate revenue
Required Skills
  • Business Management degree or equivalent experience
  • Extensive financial industry experience
Preferred Skills
  • Commercial mindset with ability to expand franchise in Asia and LatAm
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Results-driven, able to work independently and in teams

Additional Information

The role requires working in the New York office under the Bank’s hybrid model. Salary range: $190,000 to $299,500, based on experience and qualifications. Deutsche Bank offers comprehensive benefits and promotes an inclusive, equitable work environment.
