Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment movement including receiving, transfers, shipments, deliveries, and returns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with monthly scans and reconciliations.
• Ensure equipment readiness through pre-delivery inspections and coordination with Service.
• Support loaner, rental, and demo equipment with sourcing, tracking, and communications.
• Coordinate logistics, trucking, palletizing, freight, and shipment updates across teams.
