Job summary

IRB USA Inspire Resources is seeking a Franchisee Growth Consultant to lead franchisee growth efforts in emerging markets and accelerate Dunkin’s expansion.

You will partner with Marketing, Development, Training and Analytics to strengthen local execution, improve readiness, create market-level demand, and drive profitable growth across our franchise network.

This high-touch role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage travel up to 60%.
