Job summary

Lantern is seeking a Manager, Client Success to own the health and growth of our Emerging Market segment (employers with 1,000–5,000 employees) in close partnership with the VP of Client Success, Emerging Market. This is a player-coach role: you will personally manage a book of roughly 10 client accounts while coaching a team of 3–4 Client Success Managers.

Location: Remote, USA. You will drive renewals, growth, and member retention, develop service strategies, and provide segment health updates

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare or related benefits domains preferred.
7+ years in strategic account or client management roles.
Ability to engage C-suite and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
Proven coaching and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end relationship for ~10 Emerging Market client accounts.
Drive renewal, growth, and member retention across owned accounts.
Identify opportunities to grow revenue through utilization and pricing strategies.
Escalate and resolve client issues with VP involvement when needed.
Lead 3–4 Client Success Managers and mentor team members.
Analyze book health and deliver regular performance readouts to leadership.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, network, and support teams to improve processes.
