Job summary

Jobtailor in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Client Success Manager to own end-to-end relationships for Emerging Market accounts, driving renewals, growth, and retention.

You will coach 3–4 Client Success Managers, manage escalations, and partner with sales, marketing, and product to optimize service delivery and client health metrics. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in strategic account or client management in human capital, healthcare, or benefits.
• 2-3 years of people management experience preferred; strong leadership readiness considered.
• Healthcare startup experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to engage C-Suite and cross-functional partners effectively.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and Salesforce/M365 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Personally own end-to-end relationships for Emerging Market client accounts.
• Develop and execute service strategy to drive renewal, growth, and retention.
• Identify opportunities to grow account revenue through utilization, pricing, and offerings.
• Handle client discussions, escalations, and issue resolution for owned accounts.
• Diagnose and resolve root-cause drivers of service or delivery issues.
• Directly manage, mentor, and coach 3–4 Client Success Managers.
• Prepare regular readouts for the VP of Client Success on segment health and trends.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, network, and other internal stakeholders.
