Job summary

Cargill's Food North America Manufacturing and Supply Chain Rotational Program is designed to develop future leaders in supply chain and manufacturing. This two-year program offers two tracks: Hybrid Track and Supply Chain-Only Track, with rotations in Wichita, KS, and Minneapolis, MN.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with graduation between May 2026 and May 2027.
• Right to work in the U.S. and willingness to relocate to plant locations (Minneapolis, MN or Wichita, KS).
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across plant operations and supply chain roles.
• Gaining hands-on experience in supply planning, production scheduling, inventory management, transportation and procurement.
