Job summary

The Clemens Food Group Engineering Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotation designed to prepare early career engineers for leadership roles within our manufacturing network. Participants gain hands-on assignments, cross-functional projects, mentorship, and cohort-based development sessions to strengthen technical, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities on the production floor.

Rotations cover process engineering, project engineering, and reliability engineering, with exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, graduating Dec 2026 or May 2027.
• Applied engineering experience via internships, co-ops, or project teams.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics or extracurriculars.

Responsibilities

• Engage in two-year rotational assignments across process, project, and reliability engineering.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.
• Develop leadership, technical, and problem-solving capabilities on the production floor.
