GEICO is seeking bright, driven graduates to join the Leadership Development Program (LDP) on our Commercial Sales and Service teams in Houston. You will participate in a structured program with training on insurance fundamentals, leadership, and business operations.

You will gain hands-on experience leading teams, working with mentors, and solving real-world challenges, while developing skills to motivate and inspire others and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ months of leadership or leadership-focused experience in academics, volunteering, athletics, or related activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proactive problem solving and adaptability.
