SkyHop Global LLC is seeking an Assistant Station Leader to support our Los Angeles (LAX) operation. This on-site role reports to the Station Leader and focuses on coaching drivers, coordinating daily workflows, and maintaining safety and service standards in a 24/7 environment.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in transportation or a fast-paced service setting, strong communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• Leadership experience in transportation or fast-paced service environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7/365 operation and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day management of a 24/7 airline crew transportation operation serving the LAX market.
• Coach and develop driver team members to drive performance and engagement.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and workflows to meet service commitments and partner expectations.
• Promote safety by ensuring DOT regulations, airport requirements, and company policies are followed.
• Monitor performance, identify service gaps, and communicate issues to maintain service excellence.
• Foster positive relationships with airline partners, team members, and leadership through collaboration.
• Serve as on-site operational leader in absence of the Station Leader, ensuring continuity of service.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
