Chick-fil-A Snellville is seeking a Team Leader with leadership experience to join our fast-paced restaurant. The role focuses on growth through a nine-week leadership training and continued hands-on learning as you support senior leadership.

Leaders drive daily operations, coach team members, and model exceptional service. You’ll cultivate guest relations, uphold our values, and help create a positive, team-focused culture in a community-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and growth mindset.
• Strong character, servant heart, and initiative.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for the team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, be a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
