Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Construction to support project management and field coordination from our Minneapolis office.

The role provides technical and administrative leadership for electrical and technologies projects, with travel to project sites. The ideal candidate has a BS in CM/EE or equivalent and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience installing Building Management Systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
• Experience with Estimating Software is a plus.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure project is constructed within scope, budget and timeline.
• Coordinate communication between clients, general contractors, subcontractors, superintendents, foremen and union officials.
• Authorize and/or approve project staff assignments and wage decisions.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Assist in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions, payment approvals; manage invoices and change orders.
