Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager - Industrial to lead large electrical projects from Fridley/Minneapolis area. You will oversee design, construction, scheduling, and coordination among contractors, engineers, and field staff to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires a BS or equivalent electrical background with 1–2 years field experience; travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent related experience in electrical projects.
• 1–2 years of electrical field experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and construction standards.
• Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Experience with Estimating and Bid Proposals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project stakeholders.
• Select and authorize project staff such as superintendents and foremen.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Assist in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions and invoice processing; manage change orders.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance; maintain project documentation.
