Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain basic certifications and any advanced certifications necessary for the work performed as per the ECS Technician Certification Policy.
• If driving for or on behalf of any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver\'s license is required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Good understanding of construction materials testing principles and standards.
• Ability to evaluate test results for specification compliance.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to balance field execution with coordination responsibilities.
• Must be able to frequently lift a minimum of 85 pounds.
• Knowledge of ECS systems and procedures is a plus.
• Military: US Military rank E-5 qualifies if education/certifications met.

Responsibilities

• Assists with management and coordination of field staff.
• Supports scheduling and staffing of technicians for project assignments.
• Mentors and trains field technicians to ensure competency and development.
• Promotes safety culture and ensures proper use of PPE.
• Assists with safety training and compliance efforts.
• Performs field testing, observation, and inspection as needed.
• Communicates daily with technicians, project managers, and contractors.
• Assists with calibration and maintenance of field equipment and records.
• Supports inventory management for equipment and supplies.
• Assists with recruiting and staffing to maintain appropriate team levels.
• Reviews and supports field documentation and reporting accuracy.
• Provides support to Project Managers and Department leadership.
• Attends project meetings and supports field coordination efforts.
• May assist with business development and client interaction.
• Performs other leadership and technical duties as assigned.
