AAA The Auto Club Group in Evergreen Park, IL seeks candidates for its Leadership Development Program to learn how to run a Car Care Center from the ground up. You will rotate through customer service, sales, operations and finance while coaching teams and driving results with exceptional service.

You’ll work with experienced leaders to develop leadership skills, manage daily operations, and progress toward leadership roles.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED and/or technical school certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams and delivering customer service.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to analyze performance and make decisions.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results through collaboration.
• Effective communicator who builds productive relationships with leaders, peers, and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily Car Care operations, including financial performance, payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, and shop efficiency.
• Monitor sales and financial results, implementing action plans to achieve performance and profitability goals.
• Recruit, develop, schedule, coach, and manage employees to maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Partner with Area/Regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by resolving concerns and identifying opportunities to meet member/customer needs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing safety standards and implementing corrective actions.
