Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communications, marketing design, or related creative field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals across digital, print, branding, and marketing materials.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Foundational typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy knowledge.
• Familiarity with content for websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, and digital channels.
• Ability to interpret briefs, gather feedback, and translate into polished visual work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative creative environment.
• Experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Exposure to motion graphics, UX/UI, video production, or interactive media is advantageous.
• Knowledge of digital accessibility and design best practices.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced design environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative visuals for marketing, branding, communications, digital, and print initiatives.
• Design and update brochures, flyers, presentations, ads, social graphics, newsletters, and collateral.
• Create visual assets for websites, emails, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and business teams to meet objectives.
• Translate briefs into effective visual solutions within brand standards.
• Apply typography, color palettes, imagery, layouts, icons, and brand elements consistently.
• Edit and retouch photographs and graphics for various outputs.
• Develop templates and reusable assets to improve efficiency.
• Prepare production-ready files for digital publishing, presentations, and print.
• Manage multiple design projects with quality and deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback from seniors and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized source files, assets, templates, and brand resources.
• Research design trends and tools to improve workflows.
• Support basic motion graphics and multimedia projects when required.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, freelancers, and external partners.
• Review designs for accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with requirements.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and processes.
• Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines and objectives.
