Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related discipline preferred.
• 0–2 years of professional, internship, academic, freelance, or equivalent experience in graphic design or related creative field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals across digital/print materials.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Experience creating content for websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, and digital channels is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to translate briefs into professional visuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative visuals for marketing, branding, communications, digital initiatives, and print projects.
• Design and update brochures, flyers, presentations, social graphics, newsletters, and branded collateral.
• Create assets for websites, emails, online platforms, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and project objectives.
• Translate briefs and business requirements into effective visual solutions under guidance of senior designers.
• Apply brand standards including typography, color, imagery, layouts, and icons.
• Prepare production-ready files for digital publishing, presentations, and print.
• Support development of templates and reusable design assets for consistency and efficiency.
• Contribute to design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
