Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a full-time contract. The role supports the creation of brand-aligned visuals across marketing, communications, and digital initiatives, working under senior creatives.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with a focus on producing polished materials on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts or related discipline (preferred).
0–2 years of professional or related experience in graphic design or related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, branding, marketing, or communication materials.
Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Foundational understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating content for websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop creative visuals for marketing, branding, communications, digital, and print initiatives.
Design brochures, flyers, presentations, ads, social media graphics, newsletters, and collateral.
Create website and email assets for digital campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
Translate briefs into polished visual solutions while adhering to brand standards.
Edit, retouch, and optimize photographs and graphics for various formats.
Develop templates and reusable assets to promote consistency.
Prepare production-ready files for digital publishing, presentations, advertising, and print.
Manage multiple design projects and deadlines; participate in reviews and feedback sessions.
Maintain organized brand resources and project documentation.
