Markent Personnel, Inc. seeks a Junior Graphic Designer to support development of licensed sleepwear, loungewear, and intimate apparel. The role emphasizes Adobe Illustrator, a strong eye for detail, and learning apparel specs and manufacturing.

Ideal candidates will collaborate across teams to move concepts from idea to production, while contributing to packaging graphics and tech packs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong visual design abilities and attention to detail.
• Interest in licensed merchandise and apparel product development.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Effective cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Design original graphics, prints, patterns for licensed apparel.
• Prepare apparel tech packs detailing artwork placement, color variations, measurements, materials, and construction.
• Partner with design and merchandising teams through production.
• Inspect samples for graphic accuracy, color matching, and compliance with specs.
• Coordinate with merchandising, production, and overseas partners to develop and produce.
• Manage artwork files, tech packs, product specs, and sample notes.
