Job summary

Harrison National Employment, LLC in St. Paul, MN seeks a very junior attorney to join its foreclosure practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate to gain hands-on experience in real estate and foreclosure law, drafting complaints and reviewing foreclosure-related documents.

The position reports to a partner, with collaborative support from a small team. Location is primarily in-office in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area, with limited remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Recent law school graduate strongly preferred.
• Up to a few years of experience (entry-level).
• Interest in real estate and foreclosure law.
• Able to learn quickly and work independently.
• Long-term growth and practical legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Non-Judicial Foreclosure: review paralegal work and prepare files for foreclosure sales.
• Litigation support: draft complaints, summonses, and basic discovery; assist with foreclosure matters.
