Qualifications

• ABA-accredited JD required with strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Manage Minnesota foreclosure matters from assignment to conclusion.
• Review loan documents and ensure compliance with state/federal rules.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motions.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy updates to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and related foreclosure documents.
