Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management invites motivated individuals to join the Advisor Development Program as a Financial Advisor. You will work with high-net-worth clients, identify needs, develop relationships, review goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations.

You will be mentored by Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow your practice and portfolio. You’ll build a book of business, source clients through referrals, and collaborate with core banking and investment partners to

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required (63/65 in lieu of 66)
• Minimum of one year experience in financial services or sales with goals met
• Investments industry knowledge and training experience
• Proven ability to engage, influence and build trust
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking
• Compensation is largely performance-based
• Team collaboration with partners and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients
• Collect client profile data and open accounts per KYC procedures
• Provide investment product recommendations aligned with client objectives
• Document client interactions in Salesforce and follow up diligently
