Job summary

Green Thumb in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Leader in Training to join the dispensary leadership team. You will supervise daily operations, set priorities for the team, and help optimize the customer journey as you rotate through core functions.

You will gain subject matter expertise and fast-track toward becoming Assistant General Manager, with responsibilities across operations, experience, and people. Strong supervisory potential and a passion for cannabis are essential.

Qualifications

Three+ years in customer service or retail, with at least 1 year in supervision.
Cannabis experience preferred.
Inventory control experience preferred.
Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks.
Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security and state regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory accuracy.
Lead team members to execute programs and promotions.
Manage cash handling and discount processing.
