Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a commercial roofing contractor. You will collaborate directly with the Project Management Team and report to the Director of Project Management to coordinate job activities and manpower scheduling.

Responsibilities include assembling submittal packages, attending pre-bid and project meetings, coordinating material orders and deliveries, and monitoring costs and timelines.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in construction or related field.
• General construction knowledge; roofing knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam.
• Experience with Timberline Project Management Software is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills.
• Must be organized and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with general construction safety practices.
• Must present the company in a clean and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assemble submittal packages.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-roofing and project meetings.
• Assist with material orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Communicate with Project Managers and field personnel.
• Monitor project costs and schedule.
• Willingness to learn the business to advance to Project Manager role.
