CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout in the Washington, DC area.

You will coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients while ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial roofing projects ranging from small service work to multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Procure materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and safety.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and general contractors.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with accounting to manage billing, payment applications, and project financials.
• Ensure projects comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Oversee punch list completion, closeout documentation, warranties, and final project turnover.

  • PVC

  • Metal Roofing Systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
