Job summary

Hamilton Roofing LLC seeks a Roofing Construction Manager to plan, monitor, and control all stages of roofing installations and repairs for residential and commercial properties. You will ensure projects finish on time and within budget while maintaining safe job sites and coordinating with the COO/Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Must have 7 years in progressively responsible roles or a construction/engineering degree with 3 years on the job
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus
• Experience with contract review, shop drawings, and wind uplift requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control every stage of roofing installations or repairs
• Ensure projects finish on time and within budget
• Maintain safe job sites and coordinate with COO/Superintendent
• Review contracts, proposals, and estimates for discrepancies
• Approve shop drawings and submittals; verify wind uplift requirements
• Ensure warranties, permits, and contract execution before work begins
• Prepare field plans with field staff and coordinate schedules
• Order materials per contract and approved submittals
• Obtain 2-3 quotes prior to purchasing
• Maintain job site records and as-built documentation
• Coordinate client and subcontractor schedules; adjust for changes
• Prepare close-out documents and monthly billings
• Ensure inspections are called in and performed
