Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial roofing projects. You will ensure safety, on-time completion, and adherence to budgets while coordinating field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

You will develop schedules, monitor costs, review drawings, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and proficient budgeting and safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Experience managing projects from small service work to multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and Metal Roofing Systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Procure materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and safety.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and general contractors.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with accounting to manage billing, payment applications, and project financials.
• Ensure projects comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Oversee punch list completion, closeout documentation, warranties, and final project turnover.
