Qualifications

• Knowledge of the construction industry, including methods, engineering, equipment, technology, safety, etc.
• Ability to monitor resources, including budgets, schedules and materials, in an environment of multiple, competing demands.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field management, safety, quality, and site reporting with project team.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, logs, and as-builts; maintain drawing updates and meeting minutes.
• Assist with budgeting, cost reporting, and change management.
• Support design coordination and client communications as directed by PM.
• Utilize Procore and related tools for project management and documentation.
