Job summary

KLAS Research in Utah seeks an Associate Engagement Partner to support healthcare technology clients. You’ll help translate insights into actionable discussion points and coordinate teams across Engagement Partners and VPs. The role focuses on client experience and ongoing discovery to expand opportunities.

You will develop relationships, manage timelines, and document trends to inform internal strategy while growing toward a strategic, client-facing advisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business Admin, Communications, Health Admin or related).
• Advanced degrees or certifications in Account Management or Customer Success are a plus.
• 3+ years in account management, customer success, project coordination, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements by organizing materials, summarizing objectives, and translating insights into clear discussion points.
• Develop relationships with day-to-day client contacts and align stakeholders with Engagement Partners and VPs.
• Coordinate communication, meeting prep, and follow-ups for a high-quality client experience.
• Monitor timelines, renewal indicators, and risks; escalate insights as needed.
• Participate in discovery conversations and identify client needs with senior team and Sales.
• Share clear insights with clients using narratives from the Insights Team.
• Document trends, client perspectives, and key takeaways for internal teams and strategy.
• Prepare briefs for Analysts, Solution Managers, and others for successful client interactions.
• Bring client observations into internal discussions to refine engagement approaches.
