Job summary

KLAS Research is hiring a Research Specialist to connect with healthcare leaders, conduct interviews, and deliver insights that shape the industry. You will build trust with executives, manage outreach to close research gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with project priorities.

You will develop long-term relationships with VIP contacts and help translate complex healthcare topics into actionable insights, while thriving in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience interacting with executive or high-level clients and meeting deadlines.
• 2+ years in account management or relationship-focused roles.
• Experience building or improving processes and tracking performance with metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews with healthcare leaders to evaluate technology and services.
• Establish rapport with providers across hospitals, clinics, and payer organizations.
• Proactively collect research by engaging healthcare professionals.
• Navigate provider organizations to find executives and experts relevant to projects.
• Allocate ~50% of time to outbound outreach to close research gaps and meet deadlines.
• Ensure interactions deliver value by guiding them through KLAS data and reports.
• Maintain ongoing connections with VIP healthcare leaders and deepen partnerships.
• Collaborate with Research and Outreach teams to align with project priorities.
