Job summary

The role emphasizes supervision, training, regulatory knowledge, and budget management, with responsibilities across operations, staff development, and collaboration with the District Director.

Qualifications

• Early childhood credentials such as CDA, CCP or AAS in ECE.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to childcare facility operations.
• Knowledge of supervision and training principles for childcare operations.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening skills; ability to communicate to diverse audiences.
• At least two years of experience as a classroom teacher or childcare provider.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with school operations and ensure licensing standards are met.
• Provide a safe, educational environment for children and families.
• Teach, supervise and monitor children as needed.
• Support staff development and training.
• Attend meetings and travel to multiple centers within the area.
