Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Two years of experience as a classroom teacher or childcare provider.
• Successful completion of the Virginia Pre-Service Training for Child Care Staff.

• Assist the Center Director with day-to-day operations.
• Handle administrative processes and maintain training and scheduling.
• Demonstrate leadership and communication skills with various stakeholders.
