Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Missouri is seeking a Campus Ministry Associate to learn and prepare for the full responsibilities of a Campus Staff Minister. This is a one- to two-year, part-time position with intensive training and ministerial duties on campus.

The role may be posted as part-time but could be considered for full-time; compensation is funded through personal fundraising, with salary range dependent on location and donor support.

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s doctrinal basis and conduct.
• Exploring calling to InterVarsity and its mission.
• Willing to receive training to become a Campus Staff Minister.
• Ability to collaborate with ministry team members.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ministry team to cast vision and lead in growth.
• Teach students to study Scripture and apply it on campus.
• Lead campus ministry on student and faculty outreach.
• Develop prayerful relationships and disciple others.
• Assist with administration and reporting requirements.
• Support development and public relations with partners.
