Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Ministry Associate to learn and prepare for full Campus Staff Minister responsibilities. This is a one- to two-year, part-time role with intensive training on campus ministry functions.

The position may extend to full-time based on need and funding. Responsibilities include ministry leadership, pastoral care, administration, and partner development, while aligning with InterVarsity's mission and doctrinal basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and teachable spirit.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a ministry team.

Responsibilities

• Participate and be fully engaged in ministry team to cast vision and lead in growth.
• Teach students to study and apply Scripture to life.
• Lead campus ministry initiatives and coordinate leadership development.
• Develop strategic plans for witness on campus and engage partners.
