Job summary

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement; follow its conduct and policies.
• Exploring calling to InterVarsity and its mission.
• Prior campus ministry experience preferred (including as a student).
• Willing to receive training to become a Campus Staff Minister.
• Ability to collaborate with ministry team members.
• Demonstrated ministry skills in teaching spiritual and biblical principles.

Responsibilities

• Be a maturing disciple growing in love for God and people of every ethnicity and culture.
• Participate in ministry leadership, casting spiritual vision and direction.
• Teach Scripture to students and assist on campus ministry leadership.
• Engage in administration and reporting per policy.
• Develop fundraising and outreach to ministry partners and churches.
