Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• 0–2 years of related work experience or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in project management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural design and documentation under supervision.
• Create engineering drawings to communicate design intent.
• Support feasibility studies and project coordination tasks.
• Develop BIM layouts reflecting project scope and parameters for construction activities.
• Provide professional advice on construction regulations, best practices, and building maintenance.
• Assist in conducting building surveys and identifying defects and risks.
• Participate in assessment, development planning, and ongoing education.
