Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment and triage of emergency patients.
• Perform advanced nursing care including IV catheters, fluids, and medications.
• Assist veterinarians during emergency procedures, diagnostics, surgery, and resuscitation.
• Monitor anesthesia and vital signs; document changes and communicate concerns.
• Educate owners with treatment plans, discharge instructions, and home care.
