Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a veterinary technician or be a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT).

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and record vital signs.
• Understand normal vital parameters and alert the doctor when abnormal.
• Perform phlebotomy and place intravenous catheters.
• Alert veterinarian if patient's status changes.
• Administer medications and prepare for discharge.
