Qualifications

• Emergency care skills for ER veterinary technicians.
• Phlebotomy and IV catheter placement.
• Ability to use medical math and interpret vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and monitor vital signs.
• Place IV catheters and administer medications.
• Communicate discharge instructions to clients.
• Assist with anesthesia/monitoring and support ER doctors.
