BluePearl Pet Hospital in the Pittsburgh area is seeking an Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor who can motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. You will mentor staff, coach teammates through stressed cases, and collaborate with hospital leadership to organize meetings and training while delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Mentoring and coaching of veterinary staff.
• Ability to lead and engage a team in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Strong communication to coordinate with hospital leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs during stressful situations.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts and contribute to performance improvement plans.
