Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated situations.
• Organize tech and assistant meetings with hospital leadership.
• Schedule training for technician staff.
• Identify workplace conflicts and seek timely resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and develop performance improvement plans.
