As Medical Director, you’ll lead a large, skilled team that includes emergency doctors and board-certified specialists. In partnership with the Hospital Director, you’ll oversee medical quality, support operational excellence, and foster a positive and professional environment where collaboration thrives.
You’ll split your time between clinical work and leadership, maintaining your hands-on emergency skills while mentoring and guiding your team.
