Job summary

Care Center Dayton seeks a Medical Director to lead our ER team and specialists in a collaborative environment. You’ll balance clinical shifts with leadership responsibilities, mentoring clinicians and upholding medical excellence while guiding hospital growth.

The role requires a DVM or equivalent with Ohio license (or eligibility) and 3–5+ years of leadership or mentoring experience. You will inspire a diverse team across a high‑quality veterinary facility within Ethos Veterinary Health.

$175,000-200,000 total base compensation inclusive of salary and leadership stipend

Care Center Dayton is a specialty and emergency hospital located in Ohio’s Miami Valley, just an hour north of Cincinnati and west of Columbus. We are a close-knit, dedicated team focused on high-quality care and a positive, supportive work culture.
