Northeast Indiana Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital (NIVES) is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Fort Wayne, IN. This role handles urgent client interactions, high-volume phone calls, and scheduling, while coordinating with the veterinary team to ensure compassionate, timely care.

The position offers full-time hours, first shift, and a pay range of $18-$19.50 per hour, depending on experience, with some holiday requirements.
