Job summary

VEG is a rapidly growing emergency veterinary provider with hospital locations nationwide, delivering patient-centered care in fast-paced settings. We seek passionate team members who bring 2–3 years in veterinary medicine and at least 1 year in Emergency or Urgent Care.

You'll perform nursing tasks, triage, administer medications, monitor patients, and work with licensed technicians to ensure high-quality care. A collaborative, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in veterinary medicine, with at least 1 year of Emergency or Urgent Care experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced clinical setting and adapt to varied cases.
• Strong client communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor patients.
• Perform basic nursing tasks, patient monitoring, and treatments.
• Triage incoming patients using clinical assessment and vital signs.
• Administer medications (SQ, IM, IV) and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist with anesthesia setup and monitoring under supervision.
• Collaborate with licensed staff to ensure continuity of care.
