I-20 Animal Hospital in Weatherford, TX seeks an Emergency Veterinarian for a swing shift. Base pay 130k–200k (DOE) with production incentives and total earning potential up to 275k.

A $20k sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a light schedule of 14 shifts per month are offered to promote work-life balance. We welcome experienced ER clinicians, GP vets transitioning to emergency medicine, and new graduates, with structured mentorship through a 12-month program.

Emergency Veterinarian (Swing Shift) - Weatherford, TX

I-20 Animal Hospital is currently seeking an Emergency Veterinarian to join our collaborative team on Swing Shift. We offer an outstanding compensation package, including a base of $130,000 - $200,000 (DOE), 22-23% production (DOE), and total annual earning potential up to $275,000.

Additional incentives include a $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a schedule of only 14 shifts per month, providing exceptional work-life balance.

We welcome experienced ER DVMs, GP veterinarians seeking to transition into emergency medicine, and new graduates interested in developing their ER skillset within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. New graduates will also benefit from structured mentorship through NVA's 12-month Mentorship Program. Located in Weatherford, TX, I-20 Animal Hospital is a 24-hour emergency and critical care facility dedicated to delivering high-quality veterinary medicine while fostering a collaborative, family-oriented culture centered around teamwork, mentorship, and exceptional patient care.
